**Ad text:**

There are few things I enjoy more than making something delicious to take along to a festive gathering. And this season, it’s good ol’ Nolen Gur Payesh and my signature kerala-style Egg Roast 🌸💫

I made the payesh in my beautiful and very functional @cuminco_india Dutch Oven. Reducing the milk to a thick, creamy consistency is key here and the Dutch Oven does a beautiful job of both retaining heat and keeping the milk from scorching or sticking to the sides.

If you invite me to a festive party or potluck - there’s a good chance I’ll show up with my signature Kerala-style egg roast in tow, made in my @cuminco_india Braiser. Every celebration calls for a little something sweet and a little something savoury, right? 😌
