**Ad text:**

Noodle soup for the days you don’t feel like cooking. Served in @cuminco_india ramen bowls that retain heat for longer. The pink colour is so pleasing to the eye and it’s honestly become my go to for every meal.

Ginger and scallion meatball noodle soup
Recipe:
- pound ginger, garlic and coriander root in a mortar pestle.
- fry this in a deep pot. Then adf water and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- meanwhile make the meatballs with chicken mince, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt and chopped spring onions
- simmer these meatballs in the soup till the float up. Cook on medium to low heat to avoid rapid boiling.
- take the cooked meatballs out and strain the soup. Season with salt and soy sauce.
- now cook rice noodles in some boiling water.
- assemble the soup by placing the noodles first, soup and meatballs.
- garnish with coriander and spring onion and a small serving of chilli oil.
